The Chandler Jute Khaki Hand Smocked Curtain is sure to turn any room into a luxury retreat. Hand-smocking makes them decadent and the jute fabric gives an organic quality.  Length is measured from top of the 2 1/2 inch rod-pocket and does not include the 1 inch ruffled crown. 42 inch Width is measured after smocking and reflects top width for hanging.
